6 years of product design across fintech, telecom and streaming. What holds those together isn’t the industry — it’s the shape of the problem: a flow people keep walking away from, and a business that needs them to finish it.
Before product design I ran a studio for 5 years, which means I have sat on the other side of the table — writing the budget, hiring the crew, answering for the result. It changed how I argue for design decisions: not by taste, but by what the decision costs and what it returns.

18 months of freelance contracting in the Money Movement portfolio, taken on alongside Rogers. Opened e-Transfers to phone numbers across iOS, Android and web.

Product Designer — iQiyi North America
14 months as design prime for the region — the only designer across 6 platform surfaces. Ran the research myself and left behind the first design system.
2016
February
Co-founder — IMAGIC
Ran my own studio for 5 years: design partner to 25+ small businesses, and producer for concerts bringing Asian artists through North America. Budgets and crews, not only screens.
2015
September
MA — Royal Holloway, University of London
International Broadcasting in Television and Film. It is where the storytelling habit comes from — the part of design that decides what to show first. Then back to Toronto.
2014
June
BA — University of Toronto
Double major in New Media Studies and Studio Arts, and my first contact with HTML, CSS and UI concepts for the web. The same year I applied to a master's in London to keep going with broadcasting.

Left home to study abroad and started living on my own.
